Dear Friends and Clients,
Spring is in the air! The sky is bright, the days are longer and, without any help from us, nature keeps on growing and expanding.
As we emerge from the darkness into the light, let’s give ourselves permission to adjust slowly to the brightness, to the CHANGE, and do so without judgment. There is a kind of peace in accepting that things will not be as they were, and that we are ok! Let’s also give ourselves a chance to unwind and move forward with ease and gentleness, without the need to force or push, open to new opportunities, creativity, curiosity, and pleasure.
On another level, change is indeed in the air for me. After three decades in my beloved office upstairs at 333 Miller Avenue, I have relocated to a lovely, shared office space at…201 Miller Ave! It’s an old Victorian, all offices are at ground level, clean, well-appointed, and parking is easy. You shouldn’t have any trouble finding me (walking, it’s about 10 minutes away from my former location). I am fully vaccinated and continue to follow CDC guidelines vis-à-vis PPE, etc.
I should also say that I am enjoying the change as I ease into a new routine, one not so associated with a familiar physical space but rather more with the work at hand. The downsizing was in the works for a while; the exigencies of the pandemic simply accelerated my decision. I am entering a phase of my work and life that is better served by this arrangement (see my last newsletter from 2020). I hope you agree.
Similarly, attaining balance in your physical organization, being at peace with yourself and your environment is a continuous and lifelong conversation. Finding and using the tools that help you get on with it, need not be a struggle. Come see me in my new space and let me help you with the dialogue.
